02— Philosophy
Artificial intelligence is not a tool you add at the end.
It reshapes how products are conceived, designed and delivered.
That is where my work begins.
03— About
I turn complex requirements into structured roadmaps and predictable delivery — nineteen years of enterprise SaaS for the US mortgage and financial services industry, leading cross-functional teams and working directly with clients and C-suite stakeholders.
I carry products through the full lifecycle: discovery, solution design and UX strategy through to release governance and client adoption. My ground is user experience and HCI rather than engineering, with the technical awareness to sit between business, design and development — and AI now runs through that work end to end.
Enterprise SaaS platforms carried from vision to production in regulated environments.
Experience and interface architecture across every platform the team ships.
Agile programmes, change and release governance, and delivery that can be forecast.
AI-driven tools and workflows across the lifecycle — ideation, research, prototyping, documentation and OCR-driven data work.
Discovery. Delivery. Products that hold.

06— Career Timeline
Nineteen years, read backwards — from where I stand today to where it started.
07— Consulting Expertise
Eight disciplines. One way of thinking.
AI woven through the lifecycle — ideation, research, prototyping, documentation, automation and OCR-driven data work.
Roadmaps, prioritisation and the discipline that turns a vision into shipped, predictable releases.
UX and HCI as the ground the platform is built on, not a layer applied to it afterwards.
Nineteen years inside US mortgage and financial platforms, and the regulation that shapes them.
Enterprise software built to scale in regulated environments, from architecture through adoption.
Agile programme management, change and release governance, and delivery that can be forecast.
Executive stakeholders, strategic accounts, and the presentations that carry a decision.
Visual language and interface architecture, made consistent enough for a team to build against.

09— Vision
The next decade of software will not be built the way the last one was.
Artificial intelligence as a strategic capability rather than a tool — changing how products are conceived, designed, developed and delivered.
Structured, scalable platforms for regulated industries, built to move faster without giving up quality or clarity.
Visual language and interface architecture consistent enough that a team can build against it for years.
The work now is to connect business strategy, product thinking, user experience, engineering execution and operational governance into one intelligent ecosystem — so teams move faster without giving up quality or clarity. That is why AI runs through my work end to end rather than sitting at the edge of it.
